The gift bags are complete!
The pattern is from Last Minute Knitted Gifts and I made the smallest size. The yarn I used (L to R) is Rowan Cashcotton DK in color 615, MSO Merino Soft in color 61, Rowan Wool Cotton in color 956 and Rowan Calmer in color 475.
Yay! I'm very pleased with the results and can't wait to present them to their respective new owners in less than a month!!

written off
I can feel it.
You've written me off. Dumped me.
Ok, so I admit it. My blog is a dud so far. I started it with aspirations to be like Eunny and the Grumpster. I have failed.
BUT!! I promise to be better once this silly wedding thing is over. Then I will have no class, no planning. Only this job and an internship and all the time in the world to knit! Don't give up on me yet. I can feel great things in the works.
I have been knitting. The eternal baby blanket is almost done. The gift bags are near completion. The Hex Coat is still coming along. And I'm planning on knitting my first socks on the honeymoon.
This weekend we are off to my hometown for a bridal hair-trial, bridal shower and fun times with my girlies.
I will have FO pictures next week - I promise.
See you then.

Bad, Bad Blogger
So, I really have been knitting, but with wedding plans and school, etc. I have been a bad, bad blogger.
The Hex Coat is coming along. See?
I have started on the sleeves and hope to finish some day!
In other news, I'm almost halfway done with the gift bags from Last Minute Knitted Gifts. See?
I also bought Eunny's Deep V Argyle Vest and the yarn for it. Steeks! Eeks! I have it hidden away so I won't be tempted to start any more projects before the wedding.
